11:00 a.m. - Gates Open
11:45 a.m. - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Mayor Doug Franklin
A ceremony to open the Mahoning River up to recreational activity
12:00 p.m. - Live music by Speed Limit (Pavilion)
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Face Painting (free)
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Warren-Trumbull County Library Bookmobile on site
1:00 p.m. - Parade of Jeeps
Begins the voting for the People's Choice of Best Jeep
1:30 p.m. - Dancing with James Dance Studio (Pavilion)
2:00 p.m. - Duck Adoptions for Race End
2:00 p.m. - Live music by Speed Limit (Pavilion)
3:00 p.m. - Raffle Basket, 50/50, & Jeep Voting Ends
3:00 p.m. - DUCK RACE DOWN MAHONING RIVER
3:30 - Duck Race, Best Jeep, Basket Raffles, and 50/50 WINNER Announced
4:00 p.m. - Live music by Speed Limit (Pavilion)
 
 
 

Adopt a rubber duck to be released in the Mahoning River! Each duck will be numbered for a chance to win a combination of $1,200 in cash and prizes (the first 10 ducks across the finish line will receive prizes)*. The more ducks you adopt the more you save and the more chances you have to win.

The winner of the Duck Race and 50/50 need not be present to claim winnings.

*The event committee reserves the right to reduce the amount of prizes should all 1,500 ducks not be adopted before the race. 

Join us as a vendor at the Rotary River Duck Festival. Sell your creations or provide information about your group or organization.

Vendor spaces are $35 for a 10x10 space. The vendor must provide tables, chairs, and any other set-up items.  Tents are welcome.
