GRANT APPLICATION FORM

Review the following guidelines to determine if your organization or project will qualify for consideration.

➢ The organization requesting funds should be located in the Warren/Trumbull County area or the project should take place in the Warren/Trumbull County area to benefit Warren/Trumbull County residents or the community at large.

➢ Rotary International projects will also be considered.

➢ Projects benefitting the Arts, music, community, cultural, educational, youth, medical and those with disabilities will be considered.

➢ Individuals, political candidates and political organizations are not eligible for grants.

➢ Only two applications will be considered per organization per year (July 1 to June 30).

➢ Applications should be received at least two months prior to the date of the activity or project to allow sufficient time for consideration.

➢ Monies are distributed at the weekly meetings of the Rotary Club of Warren and organizations receiving funds may be requested to attend.

➢ Grants typically range from $100 to $1,000. Organizations requesting more than $1,000 may be required to submit additional information and may need to allow extra time for consideration.
